Tango Mud Recycling Systems

With more screen area than any system on the market the Tango 500™ maintains its compact yet user-friendly footprint. Designed with the contractor’s interests in mind the Tango 500™ has many unique features along with KEMTRON’s patented multifunctional linear motion shaker. By using the bottom deck of the linear motion shaker as a primary scalper and the top deck as a mud cleaner to handle the underflow from the hydrocyclones the Tango 500™ can clean an amazing 500 GPM in the space of one shaker. Having one shaker that can handle two separate flows allows the cuttings to be discharged in the rear of the unit for easy clean up and minimum space requirements. Used around the world, the Tango system has been customized to handle 500 to 1,000 GPM. KEMTRON’s Tango 350™ is the industry standard when working with the D80 x 100 and JT7020 rigs.

Tango 350 / 500 System Features:

3,000 gallon two-compartment holding tank.
Hi-“G” Patented Multifunctional Linear Motion Shaker operating with high conductance pretension screens. The bottom deck of the shaker acts as a primary scalper and the top deck as a mud cleaner – drying the fine particles from the desilter cones.
Six 4” or 5” hydrocyclones for secondary sand and silt removal.
Mud hopper with venturi nozzle to provide shear energy in preparing bentonite mud.
Two 20 HP centrifugal pumps with mechanical seal for transfer operation and mud mixing. One 25 HP centrifugal pump with mechanical seal for desilter operation.
Weatherproof control panel and optional generator.
Special features such as rear discharge, dump valves and drain troughs, allow for working in environmentally sensitive areas.
