KTL-48 SS Linear Motion Mud Cleaner

The one and only TRUE MULTIFUNCTIONAL UNIT! Allows for use as a:
  1. Double deck drying shaker / mud cleaner OR
  2. Double Deck flowline shaker OR
  3. Simultaneous mud cleaner and flowline shaker combination.
In the dual simultaneous flow mode the top deck handles the mud cleaner underflow and the bottom deck handles the primary scalping. The KTL-48 SS mud cleaner is a six panel dual deck multifunctional drying shaker with desander and desilter. It has two 2.4 HP (1.8 KW) vibratory motors and a maximum screen surface area of 56 sq. ft. (5.2 sq. m) capable of handling 500 to 1,500 gpm (31.5 to 94.6 lps).

All units can be provided with 380V / 50Hz or 460V / 60Hz; generate a noise level less than 80 decibels (dB); and are fitted with an adjustable deck capable of inclinations of -2 to +5 degrees. When drilling top-hole sections, where heavy, high volume solids are typically encountered, the high G-Force design will effectively move the solids across the screens. All units come standard with explosion proof motors and enclosures.
