The KTL-48B Mud Cleaner is a three panel single deck drying shaker with desander and desilter. It can be configured either with two 1.5 HP (1.15 KW) or two 2.4 HP (1.8KW) vibratory motors with a maximum screen surface area of 28 sq. ft. (2.6 sq. m.) capable of handling a flow rate of 500 to 1,500 gpm (31.5 to 94.6 lps).

All units can be provided with 380V / 50Hz or 460V / 60Hz; generate a noise level less than 80 decibels (dB); and are fitted with an adjustable deck capable of inclinations of -2 to +5 degrees. When drilling top-hole sections, where heavy, high volume solids are typically encountered, the high G-Force design will effectively move the solids across the screens. All units come standard with explosion proof motors and enclosures.

Reliability
All KEM-TRON mud cleaners are given a two-part epoxy powder coating to maximize equipment life. Three-part coatings are also available for offshore applications.Spare parts and consumables have been designed to ensure the lowest replacement cost & long-term product durability.
