KTL-48 D Shale Shaker
KEMTRON’s KTL-48D is a double deck shaker built on a common skid, with a combined screen area of 43 sq. ft (3.99 sq. m) and includes a top deck for extra scalping that easily increases the flowline capacity without increasing overall dimension. It has two rugged single layered scalping KDDX screen panels, two 2.4 HP (1.8 KW) vibratory motors and a maximum flow rate of 750 gpm (47.3 lps).

KEMTRON shakers are designed with your team in mind. By using readily available electrical components and standard fastening assemblies, maintenance concerns are eliminated. Combined with our international field service team and regional spare part distribution centers, you will never be left without the support you need.
Durability
All KEMTRON shakers are given a two-part epoxy powder coating to maximize equipment life. Three-part marine coatings are also available for offshore applications. Spare parts and consumables have been designed to ensure the lowest replacement cost and long-term product durability. By using hydrocarbon-resistant polyurethane and stainless steel wear parts, KEMTRON shakers ensure long-term performance.
All units can be provided with 380V / 50Hz or 460V / 60Hz; generate a noise level less than 80 decibels (dB); and are fitted with an adjustable deck capable of inclinations of -2 to +5 degrees. When drilling top-hole sections, where heavy, high volume cuttings are typically encountered, the high G-Force design will effectively convey the solids across the screens. All units can be provided with explosion proof motors.
